Evidently he didn't, which is a good thing. He has no moral justification to say anything to an honorably serving active duty member of the U.S. military except, "Thank you sir (or ma'am)".

The "O'Reilly a liar" part evidently refers to O'Reilly claiming to have seen the evidence proving Zero's alleged birth in Hawaii. When pressed, BOR admitted that he hadn't seen it, but his staff had. The story deteriorated from there.

Glenn Beck, OTOH, calls birthers "morons". Of course, Beck thinks that Mitt Romney is "the guy who's gonna save America".
