Oh please don’t get me wrong...Orly is a publicity fiend who has no business speaking at the Tea Parties. I was just a bit dismayed that they seem to be capitulating to the politicians so readily.

I just hope this trend doesn’t stick if, lets say, two opposing candidates from the same side make similar threats, and the organizers capitulate to one of them.

One of our local pols pulled out of the event because of Orly.

Frankly, I have no interest in listening to a bunch of politicians at a Tea Party. The pols need to be listening to us.

I think I've made feelings clear about Orly Taitz.

That said ...

What's more concerning to me is that the LA Times took it upon themselves to call each and every candidate about sharing the stage with Orly. So they encouraged the candidates to speak up. What happens when the LA Times doesn't like someone else and interferes in another Tea Party event.
