"Because of the steps we've taken," Obama told a news conference following the summit in Washington, "the American people will be safer and the world will be more secure."

The oceans are receding as he speaks. And here I thought his moo had fallen off.

What did they accomplish, is there a list somewhere?

Given that Pres_ _ent Obama made sure American allies
and the media were absent as he made deals with the rest,
it is clear the world is better for the 57 states which
Hussein Obama represents.

People should get a clue when Obama makes a prediction. It is 180 degrees opposite.

We’ll have peace in our time and Obama, the naive idiot, is waving the piece of paper that proves it.

“People should get a clue when Obama makes a prediction. It is 180 degrees opposite.”

You can almost bet on any promise the U.S. government makes backfiring months or years later.

That’s why this latest empty-promise-to-be-broken is terrifying. It screams “bad omen.”

"We welcome and join President Obama's call to secure all vulnerable nuclear material in four years, as we work together to enhance nuclear security," the leaders said in a joint communique."

Uhhhh...not exactly as the headline shouts...I'm shocked...shocked I tell you!

I lay awake worrying every night about unsecured nuclear material in Canada. Thank God Canada is now going to secure their nuclear material. In the meantime...Iran, Pakistan, & China gives 0 the bird.

"We welcome and join President Obama's call to secure all vulnerable nuclear material in four years, as we work together to enhance nuclear security,"

This is exactly the kind of word-wooze boilerplate that totalitarian regimes adopt as slogans for the next Five Year Plan. What squat. In four years Iran will have their own mushroom clouds memorialized on postage stamps.

The summit leaders agreed in their communique to non-binding, only partly defined measures to combat nuclear trafficking, including sharing information and detection, forensics and law enforcement expertise.

I thought the NPT treaty signed decades ago was supposed to stop this... at least that was a signed document, not some photo op.
