How can a USURPER command our armed forces?
How can a USURPER sign any treaties with foreign governments?
How can a USURPER sign anything into law, let alone the health care monstrosity?

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN'S STATUS BE "GOVERNED" BY GREAT BRITAIN?

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate.html

Factcheck.org goes on to say this about Obama Sr., Jr. and the British Nationality Act of 1948:

In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was both a U.S. citizen (by virtue of being born in Hawaii) and a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of the UKC.
http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/does_barack_obama_have_kenyan_citizenship.html

Even the modern day State Department rules discusses the problems associated with dual citizenship:

7 FAM 081: U.S. Policy on Dual Nationality:

(e)While recognizing the existence of dual nationality, the U.S. Government does not encourage it as a matter of policy because of the problems it may cause. Dual nationality may hamper efforts by the U.S. Government to provide diplomatic and consular protection to individuals overseas. When a U.S. citizen is in the other country of their dual nationality, that country has a predominant claim on the person.

...

the U.S. Supreme Court has stated that dual nationality is a "status long recognized in the law" and that "a person may have and exercise rights of nationality in two countries and be subject to the responsibilities of both." See Kawakita v. United States, 343 U.S. 717 (1952).

http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/86563.pdf

So, back to the question: "HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN'S STATUS BE "GOVERNED" BY GREAT BRITAIN?"
It can't. Of course not. Yet, right there, on his campaign web site F.T.S., it's stated that a foreign government "governed" Barry from birth and the reason it did, was that Barry inherited that foreign citizenship by way of his foreign national father (no matter where he was born), a fact backed up by Factcheck.org. Assuming, of course, that Sr. was his legal father at birth.
How, then, could he possibly be a "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S.?
Barry Soetoro, the divided citizen at birth!

Furthermore:  Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate based on the word of 1 relative.

Bottom line: Even IF (big IF) he was born in HI, he inherited his father's foreign citizenship as well, making him a US citizen by US law and the subject of the crown of her majesty the Queen of England by inheritance and England's law. He could not be considered a Natural Born Citizen as known by and as intended by the framers.

Were I still in, no liberal would stand a chance of getting promoted.

Really.

Liberalism is treason.

Period.

Even though I LOVE the Tea Party movement, I don’t like the idea of political activism within the active duty military.

Just my .2

Then why aren't these people speaking out for Col. Lakin, who is about to be court martialed for asking for obama's proof of birth?

I'd like to see about half of the officers in the military threaten to resign if Lakin is court martialed and drummed out of the service.

Am I glad members of the military are strong Constitutionalists. Absolutely. I do want to offer up a word of caution here though.

Word of mouth support for Conservative principles is good, but I would not want the ranks to become as polarized as the general public. It is best to keep on the record organized politics out of the armed forces.

The govt is filled with Muslim Brotherhood moles aka Saudi Arabia. I would be military intel is being leaked back to Al Qeada and the Taliban to kill our soldiers. In addition, they cannot shoot back. Iraq and Afghnaistan now are just a meat grinder to kill our troops and humiliate them. The Saudis are behind this.

What’s the law regarding conspiring to disobey orders?

This isn't the first time that anti-Obama sentiment has surfaced within the military. Several active duty service members have challenged their orders to deploy overseas, on the grounds that President Obama was not born in the U.S. and his orders are therefore illegitimate.

Oh, REALLY?! That's the first I've heard of it. Are you the author of the blog?

My oath was to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and that oath will be kept. I won't "Just follow" orders. There is at this time a debate within the ranks of the military regarding their oath. Some mistakenly believe they must follow any order the President issues. But many others do understand that their loyalty is to the Constitution and to the people...

Sergeant Stein's oath as an enlisted man:

"I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

There are four very important issues here.

1) It is very hard to engage in any political speech in the military, without others interpreting it as partisan in nature. Thus every statement has to include a clear and unambiguous footnote that it is not a partisan group.

2) The second problem is that any non-job related activity will be questioned as to its interference with job performance. The military has a strong attitude that all personnel work for it, alone, 24/7 as needed, which even overrules family obligations. The UCMJ, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, is not about justice, but about “preserving good order and discipline in the military.”

3) Constitutionally, the congress of the United States determines all the ground rules for the military. In World War I, this meant denying the military the vote. It also meant legal segregation. Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution grants Congress the power to make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces, which does not necessarily integrate the Bill of Rights.

4) Any not clearly illegal order given to a member of the US military is assumed to be a legal order. Defiance of a presidential order is therefore regarded as defiance of the entire chain of command leading to that presidential order. Therefore, any resistance to what is believed to be an illegal order inherently accuses the chain of command of complicity in carrying out that illegal order.

This is a pretty grand leap of assumption. Military personnel are not slow to assert the fact, when they believe they have been given an unlawful order, so at the “ground level” it is pretty easy to assume that any order is a legal order.

Since this is not a Political Party, it is a MOVEMENT for the constitution of which the military has vowed to defend, I see no reason they should not be entitled to be involved.

It is a "Movement" about Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Excerpt:

The Tea Party movement has gained a foothold in the armed forces.

A new Tea Party group, Armed Forces Tea Party Patriots, has grown quickly since being launched last month by an active duty Marine Corps sergeant. The group, which vows to "stand up on the very soil we defended to preserve common sense conservatism and defend our Constitution that is threatened by a tyrannical government," currently has over 400 members, who have signed up through its Facebook page, though many are not active duty military. And it has close ties to the broader Tea Party movement.

"People in the military need to be heard," the group's prime organizer, Gary Stein -- a Marine Corps sergeant stationed at Camp Pendleton in southern California -- told TPMmuckraker in an interview. "Our opinions do count."

Thanks for the heads up on this one, ExTexasRedhead
