An amateur video - looks like the author appeared at the crash site before the rescuers and security service.
Take a look especially at 57 sec., and later. I can hear several gunhots, pretty clearly.

One more thing came to my mind, when I’m thinking about this movie.
Several years ago - in 2004 - a helicopter with Polish PM Leszek Miller fell down.

Fortunately - no one was killed, several people were injured, including the PM.
After that event Leszek Miller many times talked about it on TV (especially these days).
And he recalled one scene - when the helicopter was going down, the Government Security Beaureau officer pulled out his gun and reloaded it saying, that in case they’ll burst in fire - he’s going to shot himself in the head, as he prefers to die that way, not to be burnt alive.
Probably the security detail's ammo burning up in the wreckage.

As reported by numerous Polish and Ukrainian Web forums, the man who filmed a video that appeared to depict gunshots being fired in the immediate aftermath of the Polish plane crash has apparently been stabbed to death in what many are claiming was a deliberate assassination to silence the individual from making public whatever it was he saw.
Author of the video seen by everyone by now: Andrei Menderey has been stabbed near the Ukrainian capital of Kiev last Thursday, April 15, 2010, and transported in critical condition to the hospital in Kiev. On April 16,2010, two unidentified individuals unplugged him from life support system and stabbed him 3 more times. Andrei was pronounced dead that afternoon.
The video, as well as the apparent fate of the man who shot the footage, have not been reported on by any mainstream news outlet, and the story cannot be completely verified, although the footage in the clip is very similar to images and video seen after the crash.
