If this were a fallacy then there would be no historical examples.
Comparing Corpus Christi to New Orleans because of hurricanes is stupid. One is below sea level depending on levees to stay dry and the other is not.
This is like comparing an aircraft carrier to a bass boat for landing planes. Simply an exercise in stupidity.
