If BO's/BS's eligibility by the 50 states is clear cut then why did Pelosi and the DNC fill out two different version of the nomination document, one to Hawaii that included the passage certifying BO is Constitutionally eligible and another version without the Constitutional passage sent to the other 49 states?

Nobody had a role in determining eligibility. This a false assumption on your part. When Obama's name was put on ballots, at most he signed some affadavits declaring he was eligible. Nobody is charged with checking to see if the declaration was truthful. The American people sure as hell didn't determine his eligiblity. Terrible reply, Rogers. Terrible.
