Hombre is the name of the ‘micro’ jerky from the Pyle meat Co., only available in the Topeka to Kansas City area. If they are not bought outright I hope they can license their recipe to someone who will stay true to it.
I should say only avail in the Topeka - KC area via retail. One could also order it online.
