(edit) At their semi on the Isle of Anglesey, the family have a 42in flatscreen television in the living room with Sky TV at £50 a month, a Wii games console, three Nintendo DS machines and a computer - not to mention four mobile phones. With their income of more than £42,000 a year, they run an 11-seater minibus and the seven-seat automatic Mercedes. But according to the Daveys they have nothing to be thankful for. 'It doesn't bother me that taxpayers are paying for me to have a large family,' added Mrs Davey. 'We couldn't afford to care for our children without benefits, but as long as they have everything they need, I don't think I'm selfish. 'Most of the parents at our kids' school are on benefits.' She added: 'I don't feel bad about being subsidised by people who are working. I'm just working with the system that's there. 'If the government wants to give me money, I'm happy to take it. We get what we're entitled to. I don't put in anything because I don't pay taxes, but if I could work I would.'

I live in Florida. Look it up for youself. A welfare Queen with 10 kids can get 60 k a year. Then they teach the kids how. Why do you think that so many black kids are out of wed lock??? They start having kids at 14 and even get more.
Welfare reform ended the endless supply of benefits. You now get three years maximum for AFDC. Food stamps and section 8 on the other hand...
Not to worry; their plight has been taken note of, and relief is on the way.
When I hear people complain about their lot in life(such as these two low lifes)I remember what the first guy I ever worked for said to me.
I was working a summer job in 1957, some of the guys were complaining about the "hard work", even though another teen and I were doing all the grunt work and getting paid less. The boss was talking to me and my buddy and he said, "If you told someone to come to work everyday and simply lay under a tree in the shade, doing nothing, it wouldn't be long before that someone would start to ask why he couldn't just stay home and do nothing and get paid for it". I have always remembered that statement and found it to be very true.
The underlying premise behind that statement is the reason Unions and other socialistic programs don't work. People want more and more and more, until the whole thing comes down.
In other words they run out of other people's money.
Exactly! And eventually the society becomes like Greece is now - where people are rioting because they can’t get 14 monthly paychecks per year, and their society is about to completely collapse.
People say that Conservatives are more selfish than Liberals, and for the life of me I’ll never understand why. Here in this story is a prime example of the truth: Socialism destroys human beings. Greece, France, the UK - they’ve been turned into greedy, grasping little takers.
