I don’t feel I’m any more ‘deserving’ than the next guy; I truly don’t compete or keep score...I just want Government to leave me the h#ll alone! (I’m sure you do, too.)
Maybe you’re right; I am in a relatively recession-proof business. I manage a Garden Center. Our sales have been up for the past four years; mainly due to people wanting to grow more of their own food and be more self-sufficient. Also, no one can afford to move, so they’re making their ‘nest’ nicer and enjoying the back yard and patio instead of a trip to DisneyLand these days. I’m the one now working those extra 20-30 hours picking up the slack; we had a key person leave our staff right before Crunch Time. (I should be in bed, but FR is my free therapy, LOL!)
So, there is a silver lining to the down times for some of us. Kind of like the Undertaker being really busy during a plague. ;)
Makes sense to me. Never lose focus... this is all about the damage one man has caused with a willing party that has lied for decades about being the communists that they are... first chance the dims got... it was “Back to the USSR”.
