No surprises (WaPo won a bag full as usual), though Hank Williams received a posthumous citation.

If any of you have read the Woodrow Wilson biography that was a finalist for biography, what did you think of it?

I think that’s a way of saying that our culture has jumped the shark and produced no noteworthy works in the past 50 years.

Not really. Williams won a special citation. A violin concerto by someone named Higdon won the regular annual music prize.

I'm upset. I think they totally dised America's best news source.

From scandal sheet to ... Pulitzer Prize? (Will The National Enquirer win a Pulitzer Prize?)

Without Bush in office, I’m surprised the award is still even being given.

Yeah, kinda grinds your gears, does it not?

Didn’t know that Pulitzer had a category for “Best RINO writing by a Stupid Twat”

Gotta say...just a little proud of the locals at the Seattle Times, winning for Breaking News coverage of the Lakewood Four and the manhunt to put that sub-human who killed them either behind bars or in the ground (thankfully, it was the latter).

That liberal rag rarely gets it right (politically, at least), but it’s nice to see them get recognized for doing something good.

My kid has a bowling trophy from 6th grade that means more than the Pulitzer.

Yep as to K. Parker. It’s the same reason Fey got an award last year.

You must've known this totally biased circumstance has been in place for the Pulitzer at least since Walter Duranty, the communist enabler won that prize in 1932.

Do we need a long time to ponder whether Gore's selection to share the Nobel Prize with the IPCC was skewed by Leftist jurors?

Should we wonder how "science" has become entirely skewed to the Left? Biased hiring and selections for prizes.

Do we suppose climatology is a smidge to the left of center and that some of its movers and shakers have been working to destroy the professional careers of some very good conservatives in that field?

Need we wonder about what kind of hiring environmentalists are doing inside the government and how those hires stand to exacerbate government waste and Leftist influences from within government?

How many conservatives thrive in the US Forest Service?

What's more shocking than the pool from which Pulitzers are drawn and who select those nimrods is how similarly Left-entrenched are public universities and school administrations.

Who will be President Palin's hachet men and women to set government-related situations aright again? This definitely needs to be done if the US is not to be led by yet more Pres__dents like Barry.
