Well, you really could knock me over with a feather and a red colored one at that. This coffee party thingie was much more successful than I imagined.
You may have heard of this coffee party idea that an Obama operative in Virginia tried to start? It's called Coffee Party CCCP sorry, I always get that wrong, it's Coffee Party USA and it was started by one Ann Park, an Obama operative and employee of the New York Times.
The diminutive Mz Park has deep ties to the Obama campaign and her coffee party effort is classic astroturf and that is why I assumed it would fail miserably. After all, the only reason the tea party movement is so wildly successful is because there is real passion behind it, passion that the left currently does not have behind it...
Read the rest at Publiusforum.com...
The editor omitted the letter "R" out of Jenny's last name.
This is priceless
If this had been a Tea Party Event that drew only 7 ( 8 if you county the reporter :) it would have made EVERY MSM outlet and been reported with smug glee
Beautiful! Seven! Ha!
Calypso Louis’ Million Man Math.

All of the MSM(and the NYT especially) are nothing more than Obama/democrat astroturf these days...LOL!
7 PEOPLE SHOWED UP!! ROTFLOL!!
Coffee Party CCCP not to be “confused” with the CTTP DNC Brownshirts who have established a plot to smear the Tea Partiers by making racist remarks, carrying racist signs, calling for violence “in the name of” the tea partiers, etc.
Really though, while they may be 2 different orgs, both are just 2 sides of the Democrats’ “dirty tricks” counter offensive on the Tea Parties.
I’m sure there was much chortling to be had. LOL!
Patently obvious that the host for this party shortened her name from Jenny Moon[bat].
Its leaps to eight if you add the reporter.
Were they there for the "party" or the free WiFi?
Sounds a lot like Cindy Sheehan’s “book-signing” gatherings. Snicker.
Would bet a good many thought they were coming for ‘tea’. . .
LOL
The NYT operative is clueless as to the tea party.
BECAUSE OF THE TEA PARTY WE BECAME A NATION OF COFFEE DRINKERS.
It was a TAX PROTEST.
Citizens refused to pay the tea tax and skipped the tea. (work with me here I know the stamp tax)
So the NYT is astroturfing in the ultimate display of ironic ignorance.
Co-opted Citizen’s Coffee Party
The Coffee Partiers are a bunch of fruitcakes, Stewart told the Times on Sunday. Yeah, theyre a bunch of nuts. If theyre going to be a coffee party, theyll be a hazelnut party.
Stewart elaborated, saying the Coffee Party is just a phase; itll disappear.
He derided Byler, whose 2007 films portrayed Stewart as being a right-wing ideologue, asking at one point, Does (Byler) have a job?
Byler said he does not have a full-time job but has earned income from college speaking engagements during the last couple years after striking it rich in Los Angeles making romantic dramas from 2002 to 2006.
Stewart described the Tea Partiers as patriots concerned about the direction of the country and about the vast amount of spending that happening. He called the Tea Party a legitimate movement while saying the Coffee Party is just a load of crap.
When asked to respond to the inevitable accusation that his comments are the type of discourse Coffee Party participants are fighting against, Stewart replied, Its more important to be honest than polite.
Isn’t coffee what they pack smuggled drugs in to throw off the dogs? It follows....
isn’t Belleville, Illinois one of those bombed-out eastern suburbs of St. Louis?
