Almost forgettable? 6.8 on IMDB (respectable): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106673/ and $63M in 1993?
It is a sideline classic! And the scene where he and Sigourney Weaver ditch the SS and go for burgers is hilarious!
The idea he is a “wonderful guy” and “has real ethics” was a bit hackneyed, but it had real heart.
The best part of that movie was where Dave and his lib cabinet were line-iteming budget cuts. Hilarious!
