Most of the attention at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference has been on the potential presidential nominees for 2012, or at least before it started. The delegates heard excellent speeches from the top-line names this week, but if you missed Herman Cain, you missed one of the most inspirational. h:

If you caught the tail end, the "I forgot one thing" part of the speech which I almost missed, he made it sound like we may get that chance.

Maybe there's a reason and a task undone behind his surviving stage 4.

What I LOVE about Herman Cain is that he doesn’t pull this Jessie Jackson, Obama, Rangle talking in circles crap. He tells you straight. And the wonderful part is he speaks to the black community and educates them and has brought many african-americans over to conservatism. He’s a wonderful and caring man. I’m proud that he is from Atlanta. May God bless him and keep him healthy for many years! He is on a mission and he’s doing it extremely well. Thank you Herman!
