Unfortunately, normal brewing processes limit alcohol content to 14 percent by volume. Plus this stuff ain’t cheap. Boston Beer Co. (maker of Sam Adams) makes a 27 percent brew called Utopias that goes for $150 a bottle. Dogfish Head also makes a 27 percent beer, but no idea what they want for it.

Yikes. A regular Sam Adams and shot of Maker's Mark will do the same thing for $10.

the dogfish head 120IPA goes $13-15/ 12oz bottle.

what i *really* want to try is brewdogs ‘sink the bismark.’ 40%.
