Throughout the interview as Kroft questioned about the economic downturn and people losing their life savings, Obama just kept laughing. A one point CBS’s Kroft stopped him and asked, “Are you punch drunk?" Two others that come to mind are the "shout-outs" during the Fort Hood Massacre speech, and the incredibly ungracious, taunting speech after the health care vote. Something's off with him.
