Thanks for posting this picture - when I was reading the article - it was the first thing I thought of.
For the President of the United States to give the finger to a Congressperson is just beyond the pale in rudeness and arrogance.
That a so-called POTUS would behave that way is indicative that he is unsuited for the job.
The look on his face is telling.
He is not well.
