Thanks for posting this picture - when I was reading the article - it was the first thing I thought of.
For the President of the United States to give the finger to a Congressperson is just beyond the pale in rudeness and arrogance.
He seems to delight in doing this, remember he gave Hillary the finger during one of their debates.
