No. He didn’t get it...like he doesn’t get the birth requirement thing.
Either he understands it and is deliberately saying he doesn’t, or he is past trying to reason with. When you can’t reason with someone, stop trying. He will only drive you around in circles and you will pass the same stop sign over and over and over until you run out of gas.
