The people who “should” impeach him are the ones who also committed crimes to put him in office. Speaking of Nancy Pelosi in particular - who knew all along that he was not born in Hawaii.

Only Presidents, Vice Presidents and all federal officers may be impeached. To be President you must first be eligible. If he's not eligible, he's not President, although acting, de facto, as President, and thus cannot, and need not, be impeached. He can and should be thrown out and imprisioned though. For fraud if nothing else, but there may be an element of treason in his recent actions (giving aid and comfort to the enmies of the US). But that would be for a trial court to determine. Biden would probably pardon his a$$ anyway, while acting as President.
