Obama is stupid. A real President would never respond to what a private citizen says. In fact, they would be irritated that the question was even asked. The fact that he’s mentioning Sarah just elevates her to his level of the Presidency.

So true... That’s why Obama’s naivete and immaturity show through SO often. His bigger-than-life ego and image are so fragile that he can’t stand ANY comments contrary to his plans. So, he lashes out at Palin — she’s a “target” in the Alinsky-style so that’s why he keep responding, although as you said it’s going to backfire on him eventually. Sarah is the real deal, he is a poseur.
