Two men drag teen waiting for school bus into car but she jumps out window
A 13-year-old girl was able to get out of a terrifying situation this morning after two men attempted to abduct her in Southwest Miami-Dade.
The teen was waiting for her school bus early this morning at Southwest 268 St. and Southwest 139 Ave. when a black car pulled up next to her.
According to police, the car was occupied by two black males. The man in the passenger seat stepped out and pulled the girl by her hoodie, forcing her inside the car.
When the car came to a stop just a couple blocks away, at the intersection of Southwest 268 St. and Southwest 137 Ave., the girl jumped out of the car through the window. She then bolted to her home, located just blocks away. Police said the girl suffered a minor injury to her knee during the escape.
Officers are still investigating the incident. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.
