The legislature is putting it on the ballot as a constitutional amendment in November.

Hmmm, given the makeup of the Missouri legislature, is it likely to happen? AND is Kinder's, hence Missouri's participation in ANY lawsuit against Øbamacare dead for now?

There is almost no doubt that it will make it to the November ballot. The Republicans control the legislature, and the Dems control the administration.

The bill passed the house already on a bipartisan basis. Many democrats joined the republicans to pass the bill.

The doubt is what happens when the people vote. St. Louis election fraud has a big impact.

If the Republicans do not get some info on the local channels about the bad parts of the health care, it might not pass.

People in Missouri do not like to spend money if it can be avoided, so the economics especially need to be explained.
