I believe he documented the meaning of NBC contemporaneous with the constitution. He was a historian and Founding father.

It is inherited, just as Obama inherited his British Citizenship from his Father.

I get it. You get it. Any honest person understands the clear intent of the Founders. Even those who insist on arguing the meaning of NBC understand it, but have ulterior motives for muddying the waters.
