The bottom line remains, regardless of his actions...or her actions...or the others actions.

"The foreperson shall hold office and exercise powers for a term of two (2) years from appointment"

If that's not a term limit...what is?

I already answered that. There is a direct case precedent in Tennessee cited that says you do not have to have a new grand jury foreperson every two years. The same person can be appointed to multiple consecutive terms.

So when the quoted individual says no “term limit,” he is speaking in the common vernacular to mean there is no limit on the number of terms an individual may serve. This is hardly controversial or unusual in state and local municipalities. To go on and on about it like it's a crime is simply to reveal one hasn't the slightest idea what one is talking about. That one will make a mountain out of even the most nonexistent mole hill if it supports the goal of ranting about Obama.

There is not a limit to consecutive terms in what you’ve posted, hence no term limits. Congressmen only hold and exercise power for a term of 2 years from election, but they get re-elected every two years.
