Texas.THIS HAS BEEN ENACTED! The president signed it. It consists of two pages within the healthcare bill debacle and it has NOTHING to do with healthcare.

Every single democrat senator who signed this is a TRAITOR to hi NATION, imo. For he or she has given the president the power to turn the military against it's own citizens at will....using the national guard.

It states that (in the beginning 6,000 private trained by the military) will be at the president's disposal at all times.

As stands, NO FEDS can command each states national reserves EXCEPT in a time of war. Our national guard remains in each of our states to be used at the discretion of the GOVERNOR. Period.,p>Go up to the UTUBE LINK at the top and for heaven's sake, EVERYONE, WATCH THIS VIDEO!!!!

This healthcare bill two page hellish crappy plan states that the PRESIDENT now has the power to engage the national reserve in our OWN COUNTRY to work alongside the 6,000 private army...and the PRIVATE ARMY group will be OVER the national guard or will be the supervising commanders.

IS THIS AMERICA?

IS THIS AMERICA????????

I repeat, there is a difference between "LAW" and "LOYALTY".

Obozo can Command whatever he wants, but making it happen is quite another thing.
