The illegals are still coming no matter the economy. They want free health care, welfare, educations for the kids, etc

As for the TB rates, the free medical care in the U.S.A. for illegals has lowered that rate but sadly, those who came here and infected others has taken a toll. Some of those victims of the most virulent TB strains are people in healthcare.
