I’m sure the county, cash strapped of course, was hoping for it to go to court so they could collect fines, interest, penalties, court costs, the guy’s first born...

Once Obama’s policies have their full impact he’ll be lucky if he has the penny to pay. Good thing he took care of it now.

Gomez drove to the clerks office on Monday afternoon to pay, and was asked if he needed a payment plan.
They've got to be kidding.

i would have insisted on a payment plan....that would have been funny to watch the petty bureaucrats try and figure that one out...cheap entertainment

What I want to know is how much money it cost the country to collect this penny.
To start with, did they mail him a letter with a 44 cent stamp.

Public School education pays off.
Just imagine how much better it is going to get. Soon they will be having a first year college course on how to tie your shoes.
Our grand daughter took a business course in college. Her first year she learned what I was taught in 10th grade.
Total dumbing down of Americans. Common sense is no longer taught in school. Which is why some mental midget in government thinks nothing of spending $200 or $300 to collect a penney.
