If obama is found to be constitutionally unqualified( artice 2) which he is ,then it is the duty of congress to VOID his election and everything associated with it. This includes the removal of biden, as he was never constitutionally choosen as vice- president. The legal president would be the runnerup ( John McCain) who could not possible be as bad as obama( I hope). Then pelosi and reid need to be tried for treason.

Works for me. People have discussed whether Biden would still be in due to the fact that the electors vote for POTUS and VPOTUS separately, but I just read, I don’t know. I would assume all bills, treaties, hires and appointments would be null and void as well.
