Police trying to locate someone on a bench warrant search a woman's house without her consent. They produce no warrant - bail agent says he does not need one. She repeatedly denies them permission to enter. Some of the police enter through a back door also. The person they were looking for was not there. She said he did not live there. Not sure if he had listed that address or not.

What is the word on this? Did the police have a right to search her house. Interesting video.

What do you mean am I logged in? (Side note: I am not the person that had 5 agents bust in. That is the title of the video. I just posted it as it was written).

Is she on parole or probation? My understanding is that many such persons are subject to “no knock” searches by their agents or the police at any time.

You have to go watch the video. Can’t explain the situation. It is a straight link to YouTube. A few minutes. Actually quite interesting to watch.

Is she a member of the ‘Tea Party’? If so could be because she has been declared a domestic terrorist and subject to the 'Patriot Act' as understood by our present AG. ;-)

The woman whose house the police showed up at. Apparantely she had a video camera at the ready.

You guys, I’m not trying to get hits to the video or anything, just came across it on YouTube, found it interesting and it raises a question.
You have to watch the video. It only takes a couple of minutes.

What does he mean? This has been posted already. Looking for link. Seems to be typical LEO jack-boots ... there is a thread somewhere.

“I’m a private bail enforcement officer”
Translation: “I’m a power hungry, ego-tripping ex meth-head bounty hunter playing law enforcement, with my fat doughnut eating asswipe cop buddies here to provide the muscle and infringe upon your rights as an American.”
Personally, I would have probably Saiga 12ed both those jerks the moment they stepped into my house.

Maybe she's a nut job. Many of the things she said sound like the kind of things militia types say to the police. She obviously knew who they were looking for. If she is on probation or parole, they may not have needed a search warrant. Not enough info here to say one way or the other.
Hard to develop any real concern for someone whose own video leaves so many questions unanswered.

Whatever nOOb. The title of the Post is itself misleading and purposely so.
I am not putting the post in for ZOT but wouldn’t surprise me if happened.
