Washington, DC -- Should pro-abortion Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens decide in the coming days or weeks to retire, three potential replacements have been named as the most likely candidates to replace him. Two of the potential nominees for President Barack Obama are longtime pro-abortion activists.

Soimehow, I think he will not pick a white female...and that suggesting them is “deception” on his part....because IMHO, he’s a woman hater...ask Hillary....

Kagan, the Solicitor-General, who never tried a case before being appointed to her position. What a joke. Theoretically she may know the law (which I doubt given her politics) but there’s also a practical application of legal theory that she probably has no idea about.

Wood published a treatise entitled “Our 18th Century Constitution in the 21st Century World”. One could infer from the title that she is not a strict constructionist.

Kagan reportedly has never argued a case before USSC, nor any federal appelate court.

That title probably means Wood is not really 2nd amendment or RKBA friendly.
