CCW? Definitely not in the East Bay. Not unless you are a politician or basketball player or some other numbered among the Royalty? The little people are afforded no such “rights” in the SF Oakland Bay Area.

I wonder if Dianne Feinstein is still packing her little gun. Count on it.
