An outspoken U.S. congressman is planning to file a complaint against the central Florida urologist who posted a sign on his office door warning supporters of President Obama to find a different doctor.
A spokesman for Rep. Alan Grayson, who angered Republicans last year when he said they wanted sick Americans to "die quickly," told FoxNews.com that Florida Democrat is helping a constituent who was affected by the sign to file a complaint next week with the proper authorities.

Our “national treasure” in action. Remember, he stood up to Bernanke!
I know several doctors who are greatly upset with this forced healthcare change. All he did was put up a sign to express his strong opinion.
I can imagine liberals’ reaction if he had taken the president’s advice: and gotten in his patients faces about it.
Alan Grayson is a total moron.
ditto
There is NO law regarding discrimination against someone for political beliefs. Therefore the only way Grayson, a career trial lawyer, can try and file a complaint is by asserting, as he did yesterday, that by excluding “Obama voters”, the MD was excluding “Blacks”.
This jackass RAT is a ticking time bomb.
He exemplifies they political BRAND of the almighty 0bama regime political.
“Do you remember the feminazis of 10 years ago saying, take your laws off my body!”
You are right and doctors need to start saying “I am not your slave” as well. If that doctor doesn’t want Obamabots in his office - it is his services and his business as far as I am concerned. They are helping ruin his business and our lives with their votes. If he wants to give ‘em a taste of what is coming all our way, I support his right to.
wow. Grayson looks just like Zippy the Pinhead.
If they were smart they wouldn't be members of the democrat socialists party in the first place.
Oh, please dear God, let this A**hole Grayson do so. He is my congressman and he is HATED here in Orlando.
This will make it worse
Looks like the poll has been Freeped, by AMERICANS, not just Freepers:
Yes. The doctor broke his Hippocratic oath by turning away patients. 8% (4,374 votes)
No. The doctor has a right to treat whoever he wants. 89% (46,424 votes)
OTHER 2% (1,185 votes)
Total Votes: 51,983

"Because there is no statute, there would be no grounds for a complaint," spokeswoman Eulinda Smith said. "It would be legally deficient."
The doctor has a private practice, he DOES have the right to treat people he wants to treat.
It isn't as if he turned away some dying person he could have saved, for political reasons.
Yes, and in addition, who in their right mind would want to start Medical School at a young age with such bleak future earnings prospects and a mire of bureaucracy???
There won’t be any doctors.
Way to kill incentive, Obamaturd!!
Who are the "proper authorities" he'll file with, hah. He'll be laughed right out of the hearing rooms of any medical, judicial, legal or government commissions or committees.
He won't file ANYTHING. His own attorney will tell him to knock off the crap.
In fact, he's going to be judged a mental case very shortly and he'll be hauled away by men in white coats who are undercover Obama death panel appointees.
Leni
Alan Grayson. That friggin’ maniac. It figures.
