Army Secretary John McHugh is backtracking on his promise not to discharge troops who tell him that they are gay.
McHugh said in a statement released Thursday that he was "incorrect" when he had said there would be a moratorium on dismissals while the Pentagon conducts a yearlong review on its "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

I can't for the life of me think why a homosexual in the military needs to publicly announce his or her lifestyle. How did we get to a point where a perverse lifestyle community has not only infiltrated our military but feels the need to flaunt their behavior in your face? Obama is well on his way to destroy our military superiority.

Hmm. What's going on here? Is this more Barry going centrist? Went to Afghanistan for the photo op with the troops. Gets the bogus headline about drilling. Now this guy is backing off gay friendly. I'd say he's trying to get his centrist cred back. My elderly mother-in-law who voted for him will probably buy it too.

In this instance "discharged" means kicked out of the military.

Agree 100%.
Not just the military.People would go ballistic at a peeping tom looking in their bedroom window, but feel the need to broadcast it to all that will listen. It’s nothing more than advertising

I guess there’s no such thing as “too much information” any more. I just don’t want to know so much about my fellow humans.
