At least his actions saved a few more unborn babies from having their brains sucked out.
So he got what the babies were denied...
As a Kansan I am glad to see Tiller gone but to murder him in cold blood in a church on a Sunday morning was wrong.
This guy deserves more then life but the justice system has determinded his sentence. So Life in Jail it is.
while i can empathize with Roeder’s feelings at the horror of Tiller, I will not justify his actions.
To say ‘at least his actions save a few more unborn babies” gives him a credit that is not deserved.
To in any way ‘appreciate’ what Roeder did not only harms the Pro-Life Cause, but leads us into a vengeful road to anarchy and vigilante justice. That is NOT where we want to go.
I will pray for Scott Roeder.
I will spit on Tiller’s grave.
What many on the left don’t seem to get is that ABORTION IS A CRIME AGAINST WOMEN, NOT FOR WOMEN.
Abortion robs every single woman of the natural instinct born in every woman, that is, bearing a child, raising a child, nurturing and loving a child. The woman’s traditional role has always been thus because it is what comes naturally to most if not all women. Abortion takes all that away. And even worse, abortion vould do permanent physical injury to women, not to mention any mental toll it might have as well. Abortion is a dangerous procedure at best. And abortion has consequences, some intended, most unintended both physically and mentally. Who is to say that an aborted fetus could have been the one that found the cure for cancer or the like. This is also part of the tragedy. The what might have been.
There must be some way to describe an abortionist besides abortion “doctor.” That’s such an evil use for what should be a noble word.
The most condemnation I can give Scott Roeder is that he shouldn’t have taken the law into his own hands. Since I believe that those who kill other human being essentially give up their humanity and any rights associated with being human, and Tiller threw away any humanity he had decades ago, it’s just hard to condemn Roeder.
Well, I wouldn’t have voted to convict. But that’s just me.
I could be wrong. I wouldn’t do it or advocate it. But what can I say? People are killing babies for a living and someone did something about it.
If our country had not gone astray with Roe v. Wade, none of this would have happened. I won’t justify the killing of Killer Tiller, but I can understand it.
So, Scott Roeder gets life in prison and Bill Ayres gets a prestigious professorship and the admiration of the press.
