Simple. Squander it. Pay off the loyal cronies. Stash it away in a Swiss bank account if they will.

A major United Nations donors' conference has raised $US5.3 billion to rebuild Haiti, more than $US1 billion more than hoped for.
Donor countries have offered the funds to help rebuild the impoverished Caribbean country following January's earthquake which killed 200,000 people and left 1 million homeless.
UN secretary-general Ban Ki-moon says more than 100 countries participating in the one-day conference in New York promised to provide Haiti with $US5.3 billion for the next two years, with a total longer-term commitment of around $US9 billion.
Both the United States and the European Union pledged more than $US1 billion to the rebuilding effort.
Mr Ban says the pledges are "far beyond expectations".
The world body had hoped to raise $US3.9 billion for the next two years.
Haiti's government and international officials plan to set up a trust fund to decide how to spend the aid money raised.
Mr Ban says Haiti's leaders have come up with a concrete, specific and ambitious reconstruction plan.
"Our goal is not just to rebuild, it is to build back better," he said.
"It is a plan to create a new Haiti."
Haitian president Rene Preval is optimistic there will be generous support.
"I am convinced the need for investment in infrastructure is something which people will take note of," he said.
But US secretary of state Hillary Clinton has stressed the need not to repeat past errors in helping Haiti.
"If the effort to rebuild is slow or insufficient, if it is marked by conflict, a lack of coordination or a lack of transparency, then the challenges that have plagued Haiti for years could erupt with regional and global consequences," she said.
The World Bank has also pledged an extra $US250 million in aid.

All of a sudden haiti dropped off of the tv screen. Seems it's a little more difficult than the man child thought.
