Well, that’ll do it
Reminds me of a guy who committed suicide by jumping off city hall in Buffalo, New York a few years ago. The guy was probably one of life’s losers, so he decides to end it all. So the unlucky bastard leaps, and ends up impaling himself on the flagpole in front of city hall.
Ya made the big time kid, now who is paying for the cleanup?
His favorite movie was King Kong —
If you elect John Kerry, HE will walk again!! I can fly, I can fly, I can f................!
Remember the urban legend about killing someone by throwing a penny off the Empire State Building? This is just a more extreme example of the principle.
Must be the weather.
Some dude offed himself at the Bullet hole shooting range in Belleville NJ last night about the same time roughly 10 miles away.
Time to have a post removed ping.
“I suppose that if Jimmy Finster jumped off the Empire State Building, YOU’D have to jump too”
ayep. that’s him all over. typical New Yorker strolling by tha body without a glance.
Good thing they’ve got the backboard there, ready to go.
“Don’t move his head, there may be spinal injuries.”
Yes, this is cold, but this guy was a selfish b@stard who put other people’s lives at risk to satisfy his own ego.
Anyone see David Letterman on the observation deck around this time?
Thanks be to God he did not land on someone walking by.
Time to shut it down. You know one person doing this...well it’s time to over react and shut it down completely.
Lost in the Cash Cab?
“Man leaps to his death from 86th floor observation deck at Empire State Building”
Bring a sponge.

Empire State Building guard made futile bid to save leaper
By TODD VENEZIA and MURRAY WEISS
April 1, 2010
A security guard desperately tried to talk a 23-year-old Yale student out of committing suicide, moments before the young man leaped from the 86th-floor observation deck at the Empire State Building Tuesday, police sources said.
The guard shouted "You don't have to do this!" to Cameron Dabaghi -- the son of two doctors from Austin, Texas -- but he ignored the pleas and plunged to his death at about 6:30 p.m., police sources said.
The death of the junior, who majored in East Asian Studies at the Ivy League school, stunned pals because he seemed happy.
Cops found a note in his dorm room that said he was "sorry" and that he intended to either jump from the Empire State Building or the George Washington Bridge..."
