They are being notified by me. I am a non traditional student (I’m 46). My classmates respect me. My very liberal instructors also respect me. They call me the class “den mother”. I keep my younger classmates up to speed. They are grateful. I tell them to google what I am telling them. Don’t take my word for it. I also keep their parents informed, after all, I am the same age. They too are grateful. They blast my emails to other parents. It’s my small way of exposing what is happening in the White House. It has worked so far. More and more of my fellow classmates are waking up to the horrors of the consequences of putting Obama in the White House.
I think the real purpose here is to ensure a stream of capital to the entrenched liberal union-heavy schools.
Marxist professors don’t come cheap, you know.
We can’t have people choosing to use student loans to go to unapproved universities, now, can we?

I was funding Mr. Steele’s Limos, Private Jets, book sales on GOP Salary, writings of Books for personal Gaain on GOP PAID TIME, Peronal family Member Jobs on GOP Payroll, and Bondage sex club $3000 Charges to the GOP! But then Steele has the same excuse OBOZO uses when caught!: “Gosh, I knew NOTHING! I am just so Stupid, I sat in that Pew for twenty three years and never ever heard word from that hate Monger!”

Well, there is nothing stopping a bank for giving out student loans at better interest rates than the feds plan to do. They just won’t be guaranteed by the feds, which will be fine for many students, as their parents can guarantee them.
Think of it as your “Get Out Of Jail Free” card!

it was $300, not $3,300 - anyway I am not giving a dime to the RNC anymore until they clean up their act and putting up good conservative candidates. I realize there is nothing stopping a bank (yet) from making a loan, but it is a bad sign of more central planning to have our federal government controlling yet another sector of the economy regardless.
As I stated earlier, there may be families that have unemployment, decreased home values (maybe they just bought at the wrong time thru job transfer, etc and home is now worth less than mtg), etc. that will prevent them from obtaining collateralized bank loans.
Hopefully, there will not be new government-imposed stipulations put on banks that choose to make loans—However, in this “transformational” climate, I am not so sure that will be the case....

Thank you. Yes I do. One of the girls is married to an Icelander and they think socialized medicine is the way to go. I cannot tell you how often I hear “ Everyone gets care and gets good care”. In Iceland that may be true since the total population is around 300K. I know from our own experience when my husband needed medical attention while we were there, He saw the doctor, got an Xray and the total bill was 142.00 USD. Sounds great until you understand that everyone pays 24.5% tax on everything you buy there...be it a shirt of a bag of cotton balls. A hammer can cost 100.00!
But this girl and her family are so dug in for 0bama it is sickening. And they won’t listen let alone read anythig. I may as well talk to the beagels.
The other girl is married to a nice guy whose family were politically active in his home state of PA and hey are dyed in the wool dems..and she goes along..hell she doesn’t even know who is Sec of State and yet was all gaga over th Clintons...how can we even get through to people who refuse to listen?
Yup, they were/are. Saw the official request for comments/discussion somewhere on a .gov site. Musta fallen under the radar during the “health insurance” argument.
