The content of federal health care is irrelevant. Any federal version of health care on its face is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care. The people are not bound to comply with any unconstitutional act. This is the point where people need to focus.

I have routinely set aside $50 per pay check X 26 pay checks per year to cover medical expenses beyond what the insurance would cover. I manage the "flex spend" funds such that any surplus is consumed toward the end of the year on replacement frames and/or lenses. It appears that pre-tax resource is going away.

Since I have to pay for those services with after tax money and I'm paying almost 50% taxes on every dollar earned, I'll simply purchase half as often.
