This tactic will backfire big time in November. The one thing most middle of the road whites will abide the least is the implication that if they don’t support Obama, they are racists. I know many people who voted for Obama and who generally support him but are really starting to get pissed off by the way the race card is being played. Between that and the tax bites set to take effect, many of my liberal friends are starting to really have second thoughts/

If only they’d had their *first* thought in 2008....:)

The new definition of a racist is "anyone who doesn't agree with a liberal"... And I'm a racist...

Fraid So! It even turned off folks in Massachusetts. He is alienating vast numbers of voters with it. It is really petty and disgusting and the press only propagate it in an attempt to save their sorry hides. The only trouble is that we see right through it for what it is; an attempt to manipulate us rather than to persuade us.

The press has no clue on this matter either. They are hemorrhaging readers and viewers constantly with no clue at all.

I never really understood how conservatives can have liberal friends. I guess that some other commonalities transcend political philosophy. But, I prefer to spend my free time with other conservatives as opposed to liberals as I don’t have to tolerate their phoney indignation when I say something that both I and they know is true. (Political incorrect as they would define)
