Bo’s trip there was because Karsi is kissing up to Iran and CHina bigtime and the USA is loosing it’s influence.....youleave a hole in diplomacy someone else is going to fill it, and that’s what is happening there.....took Bo well over a year to pay attention to the political dynamics happening there.
Whoever Bo has as his foreign aid team either is not keeping him informed or he isn’t paying any attention...I tend to think he’s not paying attention.
