The vast majority of Obama’s teleprompter readings were vague "hope and change" type stuff which means whatever he wants it to mean. When he got specific at least 90% of what he said were lies.

I believe that Jim Garaghty may be excessively kind with the "expiration date" notion.
Would it seem to a fair observer that Mister Obama engaged in...
1. wishful, blue sky ideas that caught up to a benign incompetent at a later date? Or,
2. pre-meditated and cynical LIES that were visited on a trusting electorate to persuade them into giving up freedom and wealth?
