Actually, another poster here mentioned that the nutty black group in Miami, Seeds of David, was charged with seditious conspiracy. That would have been a couple of years ago, IIRC.
It seems there are a few. All I had was a hunch, based on what seems to be a focus on terrorism and material support charges.

IT is simply un-American, the governor of Montana said last week, as he granted posthumous pardons to scores of people convicted of sedition during World War I, to make it a crime to criticize the government. ..."Sedition laws and the material support laws," said David Cole, a law professor at Georgetown University, "are all designed to serve the same purpose: to give the government incredible discretion to go after people without proving they took part in any criminal or violent act."
This may end up like the Hal Turner case. Multiple trials with juries refusing to convict. All will hinge on the facts and evidence. This indictment is just a shell.
