Marco Rubio did a great job in the debate on Fox News Sunday this morning (and Crist gave me the creeps as usual), but I have one question for Florida FReepers (and other FReepers who may know):

WTH is going on with some Florida Tea Party groups who aren't warming up to Marco Rubio??? Specifically, WHAT is going on with those people in The Villages??

Are there "turf wars" or something going on with the Tea Party groups in Florida, and they've lost sight of The Big Picture?!

The Villages is filled with village idiots. I mean, what type of person would live anywhere near Orlando anyway? ;)

A yankee liberal democrat filed and took over the “Tea Party” name. He is trying to hijack the party by making confusing people to support his group monetarily. It’s pissing people off, but he did it legally. This is the group that Charlie Crist was talking about today. It was totally setup by chicago Dem operatives.

We saw that question supposedly from a Tea Party leader and scratched our heads.

We’ve been to dozens of Tea Parties across the State and have NEVER heard of her, not once.

Plus, I’ve yet to go to a single Tea Party or 9-12 event where Rubio isn’t fully supported.

Florida conservatives are in unison, that was Fox pulling some fast one.

Beats me as the contrast between the two couldn't be more obvious. When you think of a typical pol, Crist fits the bill.

Waited to watch the rerun at 2:00 p.m. and it was interrupted by Obama's speech in Afganistan so I clicked it off IMMEDIATELY. Catching up on what I missed now.

Basically, that was the only weak link in Rubio's Debate today. He did not seem to want to embrace the Tea Party folks too warmly. I'm not sure why. He seemed to want to get away from that question as fast as he could.
