I would not want to buy that particular truck.
People I know that bought one of the last New Stanton VW’s were not satisfied with the quality.
It seems intuitive as a sizable number of the workers in a facility that everyone knows is closing tend to care not so much. This is one of the reasons why the plant-closing notification laws are not very consumer friendly.

Well McCain-Feingold gave the Dems control. Pelosi/Reid’s NO Energy policy gave us $4 a gallon gas. High energy prices and regulation destroy manufacturing.
Obama’s CRA Lawsuits forcing banks to lend to everyone followed by Soros hedge fund buddies wiping out financial companies did the trick.
