I know what Lincoln did and it was un-Constitutional and tyrannical. If you support that then you should have no problem with 0bama. Or Caligula.
One caveat though: declaring martial law is not un-Constitutional. Stripping citizens of citizenship is. That precedent would mean any citizen could be stripped of citizenship for any reason. Maybe for being stupid for example.

My point is saying what Lincoln did was that you never know what the future holds.
I would declare martial law and deport illegals and deep into Mexico!
