She can support whoever she pleases, but people saying she is not a Conservative, for God’s sake, she has gone after every single Democrat who has voted for this bill. So she supports McCain, guess what, she ran with him in 2008, if she had won she would have had to support his policies. I don’t support McCain, if I lived in Arizona, I would not vote for him, but for people to already jump to the conclusion that she is not a Conservative because she supports McCain is insane

“She can support whoever she pleases, “

Sure... but don’t expect us to support her in turn.

” she has gone after every single Democrat who has voted for this bill.”

That just makes her a Republican.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and thinking the outcome will be different.

Now you tell me what some people are doing by supporting this bastard. Isn’t that doing the same thing we’ve done for about 27 years, and still thinking the outcome will be different?

How do we turn this nation around if not by removing RINOs? Shouldn’t that be job one, replacing RINOs with more solid people?

There simply isn’t an explanation that sill suffice here. We either get rid of this man now, or we deal with his negative actions for another six years. And then we’d have to face the fact some other well-meaning person would cover for him then.

I’m sorry to have say this, but helping this man is dead wrong, wrong, wrong. It goes against everything I stand for as a Conservative.

Do you think once this day is gone they’ll lay off the McCain/Palin thingy that gets their tails in a knot? It would be nice to have this issue out of the way and move on...obviously some have not come to terms even yet as this thread reveals.

If McCain wins, Conservatives are going to lay that win at Sarah’s feet and justifiably so. If he loses, it “proves” that she isn’t the political force as touted. She cannot win in this situation.

It also raises doubts about anyone she endorses.

Not good for her at all, imo.

McCain voted for TARP, supports cap and trade (McCain-Lieberman), amnesty (McCain-Kennedy), restrictions on political free speech (McCain-Feingold), the closure of Gitmo and abolishing enhanced interrogation techniques. He opposes drilling in ANWR. He was part of the gang of 14 that helped perpetuate the Dems unprecedent filibusters of judicial nominees. He was one of two Rep senators to vote against the Bush tax cuts. And he was part of the Keating five.

If you support a candidate like McCain, how can you describe yourself as a conservative?
