Almost a quarter of Republicans think Obama 'may be the Antichrist' as 14 states sue...

Americans who suggest Barack Obama should rot in hell are apparently deadly serious. Nearly a quarter of Republicans believe the Democrat president 'may be the Antichrist', according to a survey. An even greater number compared him to Hitler.

Mr Obama was jubilant this week after securing his £626billion healthcare reform plan. But his triumph seems only to have inflamed his critics among the evangelical Christians from America's heartland who kept George Bush in power for eight years and have demonised his successor.

More than half of the Republicans quizzed by Harris Poll, 57 per cent, believed the president was secretly Muslim, something he has consistently denied. And 67 per cent of Republicans who responded believed Obama was a socialist, despite his central leanings.

The startling results came as lawyers representing 14 U.S. states filed lawsuits yesterday challenging an overhaul of the country's $2.5trillion healthcare system, minutes after President Barack Obama signed the landmark legislation. One joint lawsuit by a dozen Republican attorneys general and a Democrat claims the sweeping reforms violate state-government rights in the U.S. Constitution and will force massive new spending on hard-pressed state governments. Virginia went to court separately, while Missouri Republican Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder said he would like to join the suit.

The joint suit, led by Florida, was filed with a federal court in Pensacola, according to the office of Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum.

In addition to McCollum, the Republican attorneys general from Alabama, Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington joined the suit. The lawsuit says the law - which expands government health plans for the poor, imposes new taxes on the wealthy and requires insurers to cover people with pre-existing medical conditions - violates the Constitution's commerce clause by requiring nearly all Americans to buy...

So are we suing because he’s the antichrist or because he’s so disappointing as the antichrist?

During the late 1970’s, Obama was a lonely, aimless youth who was indoctrinated at a very young age by radical leftists and remains under their spell. He’s duped, not evil.

The entire headline is:

Almost a quarter of Republicans think Obama 'may be the Antichrist' as 14 states sue over healthcare reforms

It was 3 words too long to post in the allotted space :)

Well...look at his life history...

I was born in one country, raised in another.. My father was born in another country. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with numerous women.

I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me. My mother died at an early age from cancer.

Later in life, questions arose over my real name.

My birth records were sketchy and no one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.

I grew up practicing one faith but converted to Christianity, as it was widely accepted in my country, but I practiced non-traditional beliefs & didn’t follow christianity, except in the public eye under scrutiny.

I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, disguising myself as someone who really cared about them.

That was before I decided it was time to get serious about my life and I embarked on a new career.

I wrote a book about my strugges growing up. It was clear to those who read my memoirs that I had difficulties accepting that my father abandoned me as a child.

I became active in local politics in my 30’s then with help behind the scenes, I literally burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office in my 40s. They said I had a golden tongue and could talk anyone into anything. That reinforced my conceit.

I had a virtually non-existent resume, little work history and no experience in leading a single organization. Yet I was a powerful speaker and citizens were drawn to me as though I were a magnet and they were small roofing tacks.

I drew incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. This bolstered my ego. At first, my political campaign focused on my country’s foreign policy. I was very critical of my country in the last war and seized every opportunity to bash my country.

But what launched my rise to national prominence were my views on the country’s economy. I pretended to have a really good plan on how we could do better and every poor person would be fed & housed for free.

I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess. It was the free market, banks & corporations. I decided to start making citizens hate them and if they were envious of others who did well, the plan was clinched tight.

I called mine “A People’s Campaign” and that sounded good to all people.

I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside the traditional path of politics & was able to gain widespread popular support.

I knew that, if I merely offered the people ‘hope’ , together we could change our country and the world.

So, I started to make my speeches sound like they were on behalf of the downtrodden, poor, ignorant to include “persecuted minorities” like the Jews. My true views were not widely known & I needed to keep them unknown, until after I became my nation’s leader.

I had to carefully guard reality, as anybody could have easily found out what I really believed, if they had simply read my writings and examined these people I associated with.

I’m glad they didn’t. Then I became the most powerful man in the world. And the world learned the truth.

Who am I? .........

ADOLPH HITLER!
Who did you think I was talking about?

Well, “may be” isn’t definite.

I “may be” the Easter Bunny, then again maybe not.

The Antichrist won't need a teleprompter and his popularity will have to be much much higher than Obama’s. After all he will only have 3 1/2 years to position himself for the abomination of desecration where he is worshiped globally by the unknowing. Obama’s popularity has been going down not up.
But with Obama coming out of nowhere in just a few months to become almost a Godhead to his koolaid drinking followers it does show you how fast the real one can enter the World Stage.

It sounds like they asked the respondents enough questions with negative descriptions of Obama that they got them to agree to whatever was on the list.

In fact, it an unscientific online poll. Most people ignore unsolicted emails and browsers often mark them as junk mail, so the sample responding wouldn't be representative. Even the polling organization itself is reluctant to stand by the results. Source

Not that I'm old enough to remember it but it was said of Abe Lincoln too and probably every other president.

Obama is not the anti Christ, proof of that is the fact that I'm still here.
