It's being hailed as a "Conservative Woodstock" - a historic event in the tea party movement where thousands upon thousands of patriots will gather in Harry Reid's hometown of Searchlight, NV and demand an end to his term in public office.

So many people are heading to Searchlight, NV for this historic event (which takes place this Saturday, March 27th) that the local motels and campgrounds are now totally full.

As mentioned in the report, local operators at Lake Mead have scrambled to get houseboats prepared for those of you coming to the Searchlight rally and needing a place to overnight (either the night before the event, the night of the event, or both).

This weekend thousands of conservative Americans will descend on the tiny Nevada town of Searchlight for a Tea Party rally. Searchlight is home to only about 800 people. The town has one motel and an RV park. So where will the thousands of visitors stay?

There’s an unusual place just outside of town that is quickly filling up with people from across the country.

Just about 14 miles east of Searchlight, inside the Lake Mead National Park, lies the Cottonwood Cove Resort.

“It’s a hidden gem. The water is beautiful here. We have a lovely lake and a beautiful resort,” says resort manager Greg Carter.

Dan Ball: Typically, in March, do you see the numbers that you’re expecting this weekend?

“No, we don’t.

Why must we use such titles as “WOODSTOCK”? Honesty, I’m confident this event will not be attended by dope smoking, drugged out, smelly, STD infected hippies looking for a free meal and daisies.

This event symbolizes for more than the WOODSTOCK of the 60’s, or the Gen X Woodstock (boy, that was certainly memorable).

Schedule of Events for March 27th

The following is a schedule of events for the Tea Party Express for this Saturday, March 27th including the "Showdown in Searchlight" mega tea party rally.

9:30 - 10:00 AM - Supporters of the Tea Party Express will meet in the parking lot of Harrah's Laughlin (2900 South Casino Drive, Laughlin, NV)

10:00 AM - There will be brief comments made to the press before the caravan of vehicles, led by the Tea Party Express, departs Harrah's Laughlin for the "Showdown in Searchlight" event.  The caravan will travel North along Highway 95.

10:30 AM - A candidate's forum will take place at the "Showdown in Searchlight" rally location, hosted by www.AngerIsBrewing.com

11:50 AM - The Tea Party Express caravan is expected to arrive at the "Showdown in Searchlight" rally location.

12:00 Noon - The "Showdown in Searchlight" mega tea party rally begins.

12:28 PM - Governor Sarah Palin expected to speak.

2:45 PM - "Showdown in Searchlight" rally expected to conclude.  The Tea Party Express buses will then lead a caravan of vehicles North along Highway 95 to Henderson, NV.

4:00 PM - Henderson, NV Tea Party Express pre-rally.

4:40 PM - Ann Coulter expected to speak at Henderson, NV tea party.

5:00 PM - Tea Party Express caravan expected to arrive for Henderson tea party.
