This seems to be the way to go - local and state governments asserting their jurisdiction and rejecting unconstitutional federal laws and mandates. Thank goodness Virginia elected Governor Bob McDonnell and AG Ken Cuccinelli last fall. Other states will be jealous...
I hope this gets legs and goes somewhere. Too many I’ve seen get thrown out for lack of standing etc. I want my country back!
If it doesn’t they need to repeal the handgun rationing law.

Yet all I can think about is how the fighters for those 13 original states are rolling in their graves with tears in their eyes at what has been done to their country...
Yes - but it isn’t over. What we need to do is get involved at the precinct level and ensure that Conservatives who can win elections get nominated. We can’t afford to run another same old, same old RINO phart and get our @sses handed to us again. We NEED big wins in 2010 and 2012 for the country.
